Successful Job Placements
The Beyond Bars Employment Hub has achieved significant success in facilitating job placements for individuals with a history of incarceration. Over the past year, the program has successfully placed 70 participants into various employment roles. Data shows that majority of these individuals secured jobs within three months of completing the program. Additionally, more than half of those placed have maintained employment for at least six months, highlighting the program’s effectiveness in helping participants transition smoothly into stable and fulfilling careers.

Training Sessions
The program has also made notable strides in enhancing participants’ skills and job readiness. Through our resume building and skill enhancement workshops, over 300 individuals have completed training sessions, resulting in an increase in reported confidence regarding job applications and interviews. Post-workshop evaluations indicate that participants improved their resume quality and interview skills significantly, as measured by feedback from hiring managers. This enhanced skill development underscores the program’s success in preparing individuals for the workforce and addressing employment barriers effectively.
